The store manager can do a better job with stock management. For example whenever I go there I never find the bread with Kalamata olives, or I rarely ever find any discounted cheeses at the the Deli
Just had the weirdest experience at this store. I went to pick up some groceries and used the self checkout. Later when we were walking out and leaving and some fat Asian lady who works there in a green T-shirt is literally yelling ‘excuse me excuse me’ naturally I thought maybe someone forgot something but we were literally about to go down the escalators and we asked what’s up? Then they just stared and walked off. Seriously if something is wrong why would a staff just scream at random patrons?
I went to get a shopping.trolley. They were all chain together. I approached a fat rude working Asia ladies in a green tshirt, and ask can if she help to unchain a shopping trolley, as I don't have any coins.
The worker scream at me, and refused to help.
States it centre manager fault. I replied what's that got to with me getting a trolley.
She embarrassed me in front of all the customers .She was so rude.
I ended up going to Coled
Too many gaps in the produce section. Mostly well laid out and staff mostly friendly
Yet another Woolworths I've visited on my endless quest to visit every Woolworths in a 10k radius! Inside Oakleigh Central and interestingly just around the corner from a Coles.
Falsely advertised potatoes on sale then refused to honour the sale. Got told to go get my own stuff if I wanted it but it wouldn't be honoured at discounted price. I have a picture showing more on sale at same discounted price and staff ignored me when I stated this. False advertising and poor customer service.
Located inside the Oakleigh Central Shopping Centre in the Oakleigh Shopping precinct. Free 2 hour Parking available under the centre and it's located close to Railways and Buses. Coles and Woolworths are right next to each other with lots of ancillary stores, bakers, Deli, Butcher, Greengrocer and some Cafes etc. A very large Woolworths with plenty of space between aisles and gondalas, especially if you are in a wheelchair or walker or have a pram. Much less Asian stores than say Box Hill and Springvale so a fantastic range of European, especially Greek and Italian specialty stores reflecting the residents in the area. Great place to do your weekly shop as everything you need is here. Outside the shopping centre is the Oakleigh Shopping Precinct with hundreds of smaller shops, clothing, shoes, hairdressers, butchers, cafes and cakeshops, restaurants, chemists etc etc. During busy times this whole area can be insanely busy and difficult to find parking.
zero star if i could. you will see why more and more people prefer self-checkout to serviced one if you visit this Woolworths branch
